What is your return policy?
Ohemaa the Label offers store credit or exchange for any unused or damaged regular priced jewelry if it is sent back to us within 10 days of delivery in the original packaging and condition.
Store credits are valid for 1 year for any item or equal value/price. All Ohemaa the Label Jewelry are non-refundable.
Can I exchange or return an item for a discounted piece?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns purchased at a limited-time sale price or promo code items. They have already been discounted and are therefore ineligible for returns.
Can sale items be returned?
Only regular priced items may be exchanged for another at equal price or get store credit. Sale items cannot be returned. All sales or discounted items are final.
How does Ohemaa the Label store credit work?
To receive store credit, the item must be returned within 10 days of receiving the product, unused and in the original packaging.
Ohemaa the Label does not reimburse customers for return/exchange shipping costs. Once we have received and reviewed the return, we will issue a store credit or exchange the product.
Please note that for exchanges, we can only accommodate even value exchanges. If not, you will automatically receive store credit.
How do I return an item?
If you have met the above requirements, you may email info@ohemaathelabel.com to complete an exchange request. Please ensure the order number is in the subject line.

Can I make a return for an international order?
You may return your item within 10 days of receiving your order. International returns are valid
for store credit only as we are not able to facilitate exchanges for international orders.
How long will my return take to process?
Ohemaa the Label attempts to process all returns as soon as they arrive to us. Please wait for an email confirming your credit code details.
What do I do if my item arrives damaged?
Ohemaa the Label the label inspects all merchandise before packing and shipping. In the rare but unfortunate case of your item arriving damaged, please email info@ohemaathelabel.com within 72 hours of delivery with an order number and photos of the damaged piece. All damages and exchanges/credits are determined on a case-by-case basis.
We are not responsible for products that read delivered on the USPS tracking information or products that were misdelivered due to lack of correct or complete address. A claim can be filed with the United States Postal Service.
If your package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, there will be a shipping fee to ship it again.
