How is my order shipped?

All orders are shipped with UPS or USPS from the United States. Orders placed during the weekday will be shipped within 2-3 business days. During sales and holidays, it may take just a little longer (3-5 business days).

How long does it take for orders to ship?

For U.S. customers, most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Shipping time is subject to delays, depending on the carrier.

For international customers, all orders are delivered within 7-14 business days. This is also subject to delays depending on the carrier. Customs duties may apply. All international customers are responsible for customs duties.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email containing your tracking information. This will be issued once your item is packed and ready to be shipped out. If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation email, we suggest checking your spam folder or contacting us.
